These terms cover use of the GPUs4All service. They are written in plain language on purpose. Using the service means you agree to them.
GPUs4All provides on-demand GPU instances and model hosting. You control the software you run on your instances and the models you deploy. We provide the hardware, the network, and the serving infrastructure.
You may use the service for any lawful purpose. You may not use it to attack other systems without authorization, to run malware against unrelated third parties, to host content that is illegal where you operate, or to interfere with our or other customers' systems. We investigate reports of abuse and suspend accounts we have good reason to believe are violating this. If we suspend in error, tell us and we will fix it.
Compute is billed per second while an instance exists, rounded to the minute on the invoice. Model hosting is billed as a monthly base plus usage. Every deployment has a spending cap; we stop serving when it is reached rather than overbilling you. Invoices are due within 14 days. If a payment fails twice, we pause the account and keep your data for 30 days before deleting it.
Your data belongs to you. We do not train on it and we do not share it except as needed to operate the service or as required by law. When you delete an instance, the associated storage is deleted within 24 hours unless you kept a snapshot. Snapshots you keep are billed as storage.
We target 99.5% uptime for instances and 99.2% for the inference API over any 90 day period. We do not offer service level agreements or contractual uptime guarantees. When service is degraded, we credit affected compute time, and the status page records it. If you rely on a guarantee, you need a bigger vendor or your own hardware.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or consequential damage. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical. On termination, you have 30 days to export your data.
We will email you before material changes take effect. Continued use after that is acceptance of the updated terms.
